Description
Plastic hub with spike on either side. Both spikes have a protective cap. Both spikes are vented (i.e. contain additional portal hole to prevent vacuum build up to aid rapid fluid flow).

Method of use
The device is attached to two pierce-closure devices (such as a fluid bag and a vial of powdered medication). Following this, both containers are alternately inverted to allow the contents to mix.
